~ A martial artist has to take responsibility for himself and to face  the     consequences of his own doing. ~ A good martial artist does not become tense but ready, not thinking yet not    dreaming, ready for whatever may come. ~ Definitely in the beginning I had no intention whatsoever that what I was    practicing and what I am still practicing  now would lead to this. ~ Take what is useful, reject what is useless. ~ There is no help but self help. ~ The past is history and only the future can give you happiness , so    everybody must prepare for the future and create your own futures. ~ When the opponent expands I contract, and when he contracts I expand ,      and when  there is an  opportunity ,  I do not hit , it hits all by itself. ~ When you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup.
